Pranayama and Meditation
調息與冥想

 

Pranayama is the practice of breath control in yoga. Meditation is a set of techniques that are intended to encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention.

Amy started her yoga journey in 2007. Years of practice and continued acquisition of knowledge in functional anatomy have helped her gain a board view of yoga in order to provide professional, effective and personalized training to her students. Her qualifications include:

Requirements 學生要求

 

Students who are interested in participating are required to have a minimum of 12 months of regular yoga practice.

有興趣參加的學生必須已進行至少12個月的定期瑜伽練習。

Authentication 認證

 

This is a complete 200-hour training, and each learning module meets the Yoga Alliance’s 200-hour training certification requirements. You can register as a teacher with the Yoga Alliance (RYT=Registered Yoga Teacher) and become an internationally recognized yoga teacher.訓練時數為完整200小時,每項學習內容都符合瑜珈聯盟200小時訓練認證要求的標準。完成是次訓練後,就可向瑜伽聯盟註冊成為國際認可的瑜伽老師。
